Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno incantevole, tranquillo e accogliente al Derby. Avendo utilizzato per la prima volta un sistema di check-in automatico, siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dalla disponibilità del team: ci hanno assistito in ogni fase del processo, dalla prenotazione al check-in. Tutto è andato liscio e la nostra camera era confortevole con una bella vista sulle montagne. L'aria condizionata funzionava bene e la colazione era molto buona. Siamo stati anche accolti dal gatto dell'hotel, che è venuto per qualche testata e strofinata! L'hotel ci ha gentilmente permesso di depositare i bagagli dopo il check-out mentre esploravamo la giornata. Un posto tranquillo, lontano dal trambusto ma situato in una posizione comoda.
Un soggiorno molto piacevole all'Hotel Derby di Interlaken Fin dall'inizio, il servizio è stato impeccabile e il personale è sempre attento, cordiale e pronto ad aiutare con tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Puoi dire che si preoccupano sinceramente del benessere degli ospiti e questo fa la differenza. La posizione è perfetta per esplorare Interlaken e la zona circostante e l'atmosfera dell'hotel è accogliente e tranquilla. L'unico piccolo inconveniente che ho riscontrato sono stati i cuscini, che all'inizio sembravano un po' scomodi, ma una volta che ti ci abitui, in realtà vanno abbastanza bene. Nel complesso, un posto altamente raccomandato in cui soggiornare se si visita Interlaken. Ritornerei sicuramente. A proposito, ci siamo chiesti quale sia il nome del gatto: potresti dircelo?
La posizione è ottima, anche il letto era buono. Ci piace anche la colazione. Lo consiglio vivamente.

The rooms were great! There is a small charming garden in the property which was very soothing. The breakfast buffet is very tasty with variety of choices. Be sure to not loose the room keys as they are wooden and the owner takes pride in being environmental conscious which is very refreshing!!
Perhaps I had higher expectations for the price but the rooms were smaller than I thought and a bit tired looking. You’re paying for the location though which is very central. There’s also limited parking available. Otherwise, all was good, clean throughout and good breakfast.
