Como ejemplo, hemos utilizado nuestra Clase G para diferentes servicios; trabajos de garantía, trabajos de carrocería, frenos nuevos en el eje delantero y trasero, cambio de ruedas y más al B.I. Colección en Feutersoey. El señor Hirschi y todo su equipo siempre estuvieron a nuestro lado con su experiencia. Todo el trabajo se realizó de manera excelente. Inmediatamente te das cuenta de que el B.I. ¡La colección en Feutersoey tiene altos estándares de calidad! Las citas con el Sr. Hirschi siempre fueron rápidas y sin problemas. En este concesionario el cliente es el rey, porque cada empleado intenta cumplir sus deseos. Los vehículos de sustitución están muy bien mantenidos y se limpian por completo poco antes de la entrega. Gracias a Digisafe, nada se interpuso en el camino para recoger nuestra Clase G fuera del horario de apertura. Recibimos nuestro vehículo siempre limpio por dentro y por fuera. I've taken my car to this repair shop several times. Each time, there were problems. The first time, I found a hole in the seat and a cigarette smell. The seat was replaced after lengthy negotiations. However, they denied that anyone had smoked in the car. Since mistakes can happen, I returned to BI Collection anyway, as I own a Bugatti and this is the closest repair shop. This time, the bodywork was damaged. This time, they flatly denied everything, despite the video footage I took before handing over the car, which shows that the car had no damage. Conclusion/Summary: This repair shop will be very friendly and try to sell you a car, but they don't know their stuff, don't take care of the cars entrusted to them, and don't take responsibility. P.S. Don't rely on Google reviews; if they get bad ratings, they'll send you a lawyer's letter to intimidate you. But that doesn't work for me. Jean
