Abbiamo portato come esempio la nostra Classe G per diversi servizi; lavori in garanzia, carrozzeria, nuovi freni sull'asse anteriore e posteriore, cambio ruote e altro alla B.I. Ritiro a Feutersoey. Il signor Hirschi e tutto il suo team sono sempre stati al nostro fianco con la loro competenza. Tutto il lavoro è stato eseguito in modo eccellente. Ti rendi subito conto che il B.I. Il ritiro a Feutersoey ha elevati standard di qualità! Gli appuntamenti con il signor Hirschi si sono sempre svolti in modo rapido e semplice. In questa concessionaria il cliente è il re, perché ogni singolo dipendente cerca di soddisfare i desideri del cliente. I veicoli sostitutivi sono mantenuti molto bene e vengono puliti completamente poco prima della consegna. Grazie al Digisafe nulla ha ostacolato il ritiro della nostra Classe G al di fuori degli orari di apertura. Abbiamo ricevuto il nostro veicolo sempre pulito dentro e fuori. I've taken my car to this repair shop several times. Each time, there were problems. The first time, I found a hole in the seat and a cigarette smell. The seat was replaced after lengthy negotiations. However, they denied that anyone had smoked in the car. Since mistakes can happen, I returned to BI Collection anyway, as I own a Bugatti and this is the closest repair shop. This time, the bodywork was damaged. This time, they flatly denied everything, despite the video footage I took before handing over the car, which shows that the car had no damage. Conclusion/Summary: This repair shop will be very friendly and try to sell you a car, but they don't know their stuff, don't take care of the cars entrusted to them, and don't take responsibility. P.S. Don't rely on Google reviews; if they get bad ratings, they'll send you a lawyer's letter to intimidate you. But that doesn't work for me. Jean
