Me quedé sólo brevemente, pero el entorno y el precio fueron fantásticos. Una experiencia maravillosa y buscaría alojarme allí de nuevo. Las esculturas eran únicas, al igual que el diseño interno (casi grabé en video mi sinuoso camino desde el ascensor hasta mi habitación para mostrárselas a mis amigos y familiares). El único problema fue que no había cafetera en la habitación y necesitaba un Uber o un taxi para llegar al hotel. La habitación era más grande de lo esperado, moderna y limpia.
La estancia fue durante un seminario de varios días. El hotel es fácilmente accesible en coche y dispone de un gran número de plazas de aparcamiento, también justo enfrente de las habitaciones del albergue. Mi habitación de alojamiento era funcional, pero moderna y bien mantenida. El …
Caro pero casi excelente. Habitaciones grandes. Muy buenos restaurantes. Limpio. Tranquilo. Buena cama etc. Lejos de la ciudad. Sólo dos pequeñas quejas, el desayuno fue bastante unilateral y realmente no aprecio si coloco un cartel de "no molestar" y el personal de limpieza todavía viene.
Hotel is located a little bit out of the city. However, this is the purpose to have some quiet time and relax. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially the ladies in the reception are quite helpful, always smiling and friendly. I stayed at this hotel twice for business purposes. Seminar rooms are well designed, and can meet all the expectations for a business meeting. Lookimng forward to staying at this hotel next time.
We hosted a business week from the Riverside Hotel and were incredibly impressed with the service, the location, rooms, professionalism of staff. Don't hesitate to book something here for business or for pleasure!
We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. Few days before arriving, I called the hotel to make sure that they have a charger for electric cars, the receptionist confirmed YES. However, we only discovered after checking in, the hotel charger doesn’t have a cable which was impossible to charge our car. I complained with the receptionist, she said the only thing she could do is that we change hotel… we finally decided to stay, only next day we had to look for other charging stations. We had dinner in their Thai restaurant, which was bad and expensive. We checked out on Sunday, unfortunately we forgot our 5-year old son’s toy, a small Spider-Man. I ask the hotel if they could send to Montreux, they did, with charging CHF8.5 on my credit card, which I don’t think this is very elegant.
