Je n'y suis resté que brièvement, mais le cadre et le prix étaient fantastiques. Merveilleuse expérience et j'aurais l'intention d'y revenir. Les sculptures étaient uniques, tout comme l'agencement interne (j'ai presque filmé ma promenade sinueuse depuis l'ascenseur jusqu'à ma chambre pour la montrer à mes amis et à ma famille). Le seul problème était l'absence de cafetière dans la chambre et la nécessité d'un Uber ou d'un taxi pour rejoindre l'hôtel. La chambre était plus grande que prévu, moderne et propre.
Le séjour s'est déroulé lors d'un séminaire de plusieurs jours. L'hôtel est facilement accessible en voiture et dispose d'un grand nombre de places de parking, également juste en face des chambres du lodge. Ma chambre lodge était fonctionnelle, mais moderne et bien entretenue. Le …
Cher mais presque excellent. Grandes pièces. Très bons restaurants. Faire le ménage. Calme. Bon lit etc. Loin de la ville. Seulement deux petits reproches, le petit-déjeuner était assez unilatéral et je n'apprécie vraiment pas si je mets un panneau "Ne pas déranger" et que le personnel de nettoyage entre toujours.
Hotel is located a little bit out of the city. However, this is the purpose to have some quiet time and relax. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially the ladies in the reception are quite helpful, always smiling and friendly. I stayed at this hotel twice for business purposes. Seminar rooms are well designed, and can meet all the expectations for a business meeting. Lookimng forward to staying at this hotel next time.
We hosted a business week from the Riverside Hotel and were incredibly impressed with the service, the location, rooms, professionalism of staff. Don't hesitate to book something here for business or for pleasure!
We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. Few days before arriving, I called the hotel to make sure that they have a charger for electric cars, the receptionist confirmed YES. However, we only discovered after checking in, the hotel charger doesn’t have a cable which was impossible to charge our car. I complained with the receptionist, she said the only thing she could do is that we change hotel… we finally decided to stay, only next day we had to look for other charging stations. We had dinner in their Thai restaurant, which was bad and expensive. We checked out on Sunday, unfortunately we forgot our 5-year old son’s toy, a small Spider-Man. I ask the hotel if they could send to Montreux, they did, with charging CHF8.5 on my credit card, which I don’t think this is very elegant.
