Pasé una noche aquí el 5 de octubre. Bonito hotel con personal amable y hermosa vista al lago. El personal es muy accesible, considerado y servicial. El desayuno incluido está por encima de la media. Definitivamente regresaría aquí cuando esté de paso o visite Suiza nuevamente.
Al llegar entre las 4 y las 5 p. m., no encontramos personal en el lugar, solo un código proporcionado en la reserva para acceder a las llaves de nuestra habitación. La habitación tenía un notable olor a humedad, pero los baños eran mucho peores. Nos quejamos al propietario, quien se disculpó pero no encontró soluciones. El agua goteaba de la lámpara del baño, lo que nos obligó a cubrirnos la cabeza con toallas mientras usábamos el baño. Este lugar no es adecuado para familias con niños. Rápidamente nos mudamos al Chalet du Lac, al lado, para tener una mejor experiencia.
Lo siento, solo puedo publicar sobre la vista porque no entré al hotel, pero estuve allí afuera durante mucho tiempo para Lakeview desde que visitamos iseltwald en octubre de 2025. Veo muchos barcos alrededor. Estoy contento con la vista y quiero experimentar un hotel con vista al lago, pero reservamos una habitación en el albergue Bellpark Luzerne, así que vinimos de Luzerne a Interlaken y de Iseltwald desde Interlaken. Interlaken a iseltwald: 15 minutos por trayecto Y pasamos alrededor de 2 horas (1 hora caminando por la carretera lateral del lago (y otra hora simplemente sentados cerca de la ubicación de este hotel). Pero creo que puedo reservar Airbnb por 2 días e ir a Interlaken, Titlis y todos los demás. El costo puede ser un poco alto.
We loved this place. The views are fantastic and the rooms have nice size balconies. The included breakfast buffet is very substantial with many tasty choices from fresh baked breads and pastries, salmon, hams and salami, cheeses, fruits, …
The owner is super friendly and helpful. The room is a bit small but clean and has all the essential things. The view in front of the hotel is spectacular. We enjoy our stay🥰
Beautiful view and nice breakfasts, but absolutely no hospitality. Self check-in only, no staff around, and the owner ignores all messages — including when we forgot a very personal item in the room. He promised to respond but never did, just disappeared. What’s worse — I saw the owner replying to other reviews saying “contact us anytime and we’ll help”. That’s simply not true. We contacted him through every channel and got silence in return. Also, on the day of check-out, the water was shut off without warning — no shower, no toilet. Totally unacceptable. Great view can’t make up for this kind of attitude. Would not recommend.
