Nos decepcionó mucho a pesar del entorno y el lugar tan agradables. Comimos cordonbleu y solomillo con patatas fritas y verduras. Filete demasiado cocido (pedido poco hecho) con una desagradable y espesa salsa casera de naranja. Cordonbleu (pequeño) de sabor dulce con la misma salsa espesa de la casa. Verduras demasiado cocidas. Papas fritas muy saladas. Ensalada de la casa pequeña y no tan buena como debería ser. Total: factura de 115 CHF por una experiencia tan decepcionante. El camarero ni siquiera preguntó si estábamos contentos... Es realmente una lástima. ¡El equipo de cocina tiene que mejorar definitivamente!

Comimos allí con 11 personas y quedamos satisfechos con la calidad y cantidad. Hubo que recalentar una sopa, lo que ocurrió muy rápidamente. Desafortunadamente, después descubrí que me cobraron de más por una deliciosa sopa de raíz de perejil. No lo revisé lo suficientemente de cerca. 😭

Checking into the hotel, we happened to walk downstairs to the restaurant for lunch. The waiter was a very handsome young man who wasn't impatient with us despite the language barrier. We ordered steak and beef consommé. The steak came with a rich and delicious yellow sauce, and the beef was very tender. The fries were fried perfectly, and the vegetables were also very fresh and tasty. The beef consommé was refreshing and a perfect match. Highly recommended! Our tour leader mentioned their fish is also excellent. Anyone staying at the hotel or passing through should definitely try it!
