Siamo rimasti davvero delusi nonostante l'ambiente e il posto molto belli. Avevamo cordonbleu e bistecca di manzo con patatine fritte e verdure. Bistecca troppo cotta (chiesta rara) con salsa di casa all'arancia pesante e sgradevole. Cordonbleu (piccolo) dal sapore dolce con la stessa salsa pesante della casa. Verdure troppo cotte. Patatine fritte molto salate. Insalata della casa piccola e non buona come dovrebbe essere... Totale: conto di 115 franchi per un'esperienza così deludente. Il cameriere non ci ha nemmeno chiesto se fossimo contenti... È davvero un peccato. Il team di cucina deve migliorare decisamente!

Abbiamo mangiato lì con 11 persone e siamo rimasti soddisfatti della qualità e della quantità. Una zuppa doveva essere riscaldata, cosa che avvenne molto rapidamente. Sfortunatamente, in seguito ho scoperto che mi avevano fatto pagare troppo per una deliziosa zuppa di radici di prezzemolo! Non ho controllato abbastanza attentamente. 😭

Buona cucina svizzera e vale la pena ricordare che nel menu c'erano tre portate principali vegane. Elogio extra per questo! Il servizio era molto cordiale, ma un po' troppo loquace, il che a volte li rendeva un po' disattenti.

Checking into the hotel, we happened to walk downstairs to the restaurant for lunch. The waiter was a very handsome young man who wasn't impatient with us despite the language barrier. We ordered steak and beef consommé. The steak came with a rich and delicious yellow sauce, and the beef was very tender. The fries were fried perfectly, and the vegetables were also very fresh and tasty. The beef consommé was refreshing and a perfect match. Highly recommended! Our tour leader mentioned their fish is also excellent. Anyone staying at the hotel or passing through should definitely try it!
