Una experiencia profundamente decepcionante. Tuve una experiencia de compra muy desagradable aquí, especialmente como persona de color. Fue desalentador sentir que el nivel de servicio que recibí estaba influenciado por el tono de mi piel. Mientras buscaba ayuda, ninguna de las dos mujeres en el mostrador me reconoció ni mostró ningún interés en ayudar, a pesar de haberme notado claramente. Pero el cliente que estaba delante de mí, que no era una persona de color, fue tratado con notablemente más respeto y atención. Nadie debería sentirse bienvenido o ignorado en un lugar de negocios debido a su raza. Este tipo de comportamiento discriminatorio es inaceptable y debe abordarse.

Personal muy grosero, especialmente con personas de diferentes culturas. La vi siendo grosera con dos personas diferentes en menos de 5 minutos. ¡¡Ausentarse!! EDITAR: Dado que respondieron a esta publicación, solo recuerde: no puede esperar que las personas sigan las reglas si no hay señales que les informen. NUNCA, digo NUNCA, avergüences a tus clientes delante de los demás.

Compré un encendedor de aceite para mi amigo. ¡Fue tan amable que el personal hizo todo lo posible para asegurarse de que estuviera funcionando y lo reemplazó por uno que funcionara correctamente! Ella estaba feliz con mi recuerdo. Gracias :)

You will be spoiled with lots of choices for souvenirs! There are cow bell, souvenir magnet, miniatures van and car, bags, shot glasses, pins, lighters and many more. Staff are friendly as well.

I highly appreciate the owner of this store. She helped me by contacting the restaurant owner at the back of their shop where I left my wallet. So many times I called the restaurant even our hotel reception but the restaurant phone is only picked up and put it down. Even the one inside the restaurant don't want to open the door and the lady owner of the souvenir shop knock on the door and was able to talk the one inside and immediately gave my wallet. The one on the restaurant already knew why I'm knocking and calling because with no question asked just gave my wallet back that I left on the dining table. I'm thankful to the souvenir shop owner for her very kind assistance even I didn't asked her in the first place.
