Hasta que pasé por allí, no sabía que existía esta microcervecería. Me di la vuelta y entré; el dueño fue muy amable. La cerveza habla por sí sola, o mejor dicho, por el maestro cervecero :-). Mi favorito absoluto es el Aurea. Simplemente una cerveza muy fina, muy alejada de las cervezas producidas en masa. Definitivamente regresaré.

Hiems, la cerveza de invierno de la microcervecería Faex, es un verdadero descubrimiento para los días fríos. Con una armoniosa combinación de especias invernales como el jengibre, la canela y el clavo, desarrolla un carácter agradable y cálido. Finamente redondeada por ligeras notas de piel de naranja, un toque de miel y lúpulo cuidadosamente seleccionado, esta cerveza ofrece una experiencia gustativa excepcional. Fantastic beer creations! Our favorites are: urtica, art&bart, obscura, and castanea. A great refreshment on our hikes.
