J'ai engagé Patrick pour la première fois fin mars 2025 pour fixer mon téléviseur au mur. Le travail était excellent, je l'ai donc recontacté en juillet 2024 pour un autre travail. Malheureusement, cette deuxième expérience a été tout le contraire : il n'a réalisé que la moitié du travail, n'avait pas le matériel nécessaire avec lui et m'a promis de me revenir dans deux jours pour terminer le reste. Depuis (nous sommes aujourd'hui le 24 octobre), j'ai tenté de le joindre à plusieurs reprises, par téléphone et par SMS, mais sans réponse. C’est très décevant, d’autant plus que la première collaboration était véritablement professionnelle. Cela rend ce comportement d’autant plus incompréhensible : prendre de l’argent, ne pas terminer le travail et ignorer complètement le client. Si quelque chose ne va pas, j’attends au moins un retour clair. C'est dommage, car j'aurais aimé continuer à embaucher Patrick, surtout après mon déménagement, alors que j'ai besoin de gens de métier fiables. Dans l’état actuel des choses, je ne peux que dire : absolument inacceptable. Si je pouvais, je lui donnerais moins d'une étoile.

Je cherchais un professionnel pour installer mon téléviseur et j'en ai trouvé un immédiatement. J'ai été contacté dans les 10 minutes et quelques heures plus tard, le téléviseur était parfaitement fixé au mur. Il a apporté tous les outils nécessaires et a utilisé un appareil spécial pour mesurer le mur afin de s'assurer qu'il n'avait percé aucun câblage électrique. Je le recommande vivement. Excellent travail, prix très correct.
