I first hired Patrick at the end of March 2025 to mount my TV on the wall. The work was excellent, so I contacted him again in July 2024 for another job. Unfortunately, this second experience was the complete opposite: He only completed half the work, didn't have the necessary materials with him, and promised to get back to me in two days to complete the rest. Since then (today is October 24th), I've tried to reach him several times, by phone and text, but without any response. This is very disappointing, especially since the first collaboration was truly professional. This makes this behavior all the more incomprehensible: taking money, not completing the work, and completely ignoring the customer. If something isn't right, I at least expect clear feedback. It's a shame, because I would have liked to continue hiring Patrick, especially now after my move, when I need reliable tradespeople. As it is, I can only say: absolutely unacceptable. If I could, I'd give it less than one star.

I was looking for a professional to install my TV and found one immediately. I was contacted within 10 minutes and a few hours later the TV was perfectly mounted on my wall. He brought all the necessary tools and used a special device to measure the wall to ensure he didn't drill into any electrical wiring. I highly recommend him. Excellent work, very fair price.
