C'était le meilleur hôtel dans lequel j'ai jamais séjourné 😍 L'emplacement est parfait et la vue de notre chambre était absolument à couper le souffle. Nous étions si tristes que nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit. La chambre était impeccable, calme et très spacieuse. Nous avions même deux petits balcons où nous pouvions nous asseoir et profiter de la vue. Le personnel était également extrêmement gentil. Même si nous sommes arrivés un peu tard, tout s'est bien passé.

Nous avons adoré cet hôtel, le design, le bleu simple sur la fenêtre. Le personnel sympathique nous a permis de nous enregistrer à midi car la chambre était prête. Nous sommes restés sur un balcon avec vue sur la montagne et le lac. Si face au lac de Thoune. Le sentiment est si agréable, paisible…
There is something wrong with the communication with this hotel. It took them weeks to respond to my booking, several emails to clarify/correct details of advertised package (romantic stay with a 3-course dinner) and at the end still several uncertainties during the stay. Hotel is located in a great spot, few rooms are with fantastic lake/mountains view. However, restaurant is almost empty. Our pre-booked dinner was tasty, but there is no dessert on their menu (likely due to very few guests) and of course no alcohol served as advertised by them.
Im so glad I booked this hotel. Perfect location, cozy rooms and warmest hospitality. We booked a junior suite and it was such a nice cozy room right over Lake Thun. You wake up and you see the mighty alps and the lovely lake. The best part of our stay was a warm welcome at the reception by Noah ( he was from Syria), I dont know if Im writing the name correctly. But this guy was so kind and helpful. He helped us in every possible way even for small little things. Thank you Noah for your lovely hospitality. You were so kind and helpful. I mean what else would a tourist want in a foreign country, that you feel at home. Noah did his best to make our stay so memorable. I will highly recommend this hotel. It is conveniently located near Thun train station. You can take a 10 mins bus to the station as bus stop is right outside the hotel. Interlaken is 30 mins from train from Thun station. It is a peaceful and serene location. Breakfast could have more options esp for Indians🙂 That is the only con. Rest our stay was wonderful!
Likely once grand, now overpriced mediocrity. The hotel is in dire need of a refresh, with room furnishings very outdated (with the exception of the bathrooms, which yes are barely frosted glass enclosures with no real door.) Booked “Panorama Double Room with Lake View” and while it was quite large, the old red carpet and dated furniture isn’t at all luxurious or welcoming. Room itself was quite dusty, with spiders tucked away in all corners. Balconies are so small, can only accommodate two chairs facing each other (not the lake) with a door 4ft wide - not exactly a panorama lake view from inside the room. Only 2 flat pillows in the entire room, despite what has the potential to be a large alcoved sitting area. Hallways themselves were incredibly dark, requiring phone flashlight to find the key hole. Only one key provided, so you and your companion must always leave the room together. Could hear other guests at all hours, very thin walls. There is a large industrial floor fan left in the room to keep it cool during these summer/fall transition months, as you don’t want to leave the windows open in fear of more spiders entering. Breakfast was subpar, and certainly the worst I’ve experienced at any hotel in Europe. Small croissants that must have come from a bulk bag, unripe fruit, overly salted eggs that I suspect were from powder, and only the soggy chicken sausage as others have mentioned. It is alcohol free and I think that was made extremely clear on website and in all emails, so it shouldn’t come as a surprise. Plenty of stores just down the street to get your own bottles for the room, and the most amazing Thai restaurant down the road as well. Didn’t eat in the hotel restaurant and didn’t see others doing so either. Did come across the staff frequently playing pool in the now defunct bar. Really gorgeous property that is in serious need of renovations to live up to the image they project online, and restore it to what it was once - today just a 3 star hotel at best that is grossly overpriced for what it is. Sadly can’t recommend.
