Ce n'est plus une expérience hôtelière suisse C'était autrefois un charmant hôtel suisse au bord du lac de Thoune. Malheureusement, sous les nouveaux propriétaires, la situation a complètement changé : pas d'alcool, pas de vin au dîner et pas de plats de porc du tout. Ces restrictions ne font pas partie de la culture suisse, mais résultent d'une décision motivée par la religion des investisseurs. N'y allez pas !
Attention!!!! Cet hôtel/restaurant a été repris en 2024. Ce n'est plus le même hôtel et restaurant qu'avant. Personnel différent, concept différent, pas d'alcool… Les nouveaux propriétaires ont simplement repris les avis positifs de l'ancien propriétaire, qui, à mon avis, sont complètement inexacts et donnent une image totalement fausse. Un nouveau départ avec de nouvelles critiques serait la bonne chose à faire ! Ancienne critique (pour l'ancien propriétaire, maintenant au Niesenblick Längenschachen !!) : À mon avis, la meilleure expérience culinaire au bord du lac de Thoune. Une ambiance intérieure très soignée et agréable, et une grande terrasse directement sur le lac. Le menu propose de nombreux plats régionaux et spécialités de saison. La qualité de la nourriture est excellente et le personnel est compétent, attentionné et sympathique. L'hôtelier est un hôte très sympathique, travaille aux côtés de l'équipe et est accessible. Un grand compliment et merci au personnel de ce joyau au bord du lac de Thoune. J'attends déjà avec impatience ma prochaine visite. P.S. Je suis un grand fan de Negroni. Celui-ci est vraiment excellent !
C'est vraiment dommage, nous venions ici très souvent et passions toujours de très bons moments à l'hôtel et au restaurant, notamment sur la jolie terrasse. La nourriture était excellente et le service était de premier ordre. Dès que les prix ont augmenté, tout le reste s’est dégradé.
It used to be a top address, and people were always happy to be guests. I lived in Gunten and Oberhofen for several years. Now I can only advise against going to the Bellevue. They should conduct their business elsewhere, in Interlaken or preferably abroad, but certainly not on the beautiful Lake Thun. I find this Bellevue establishment a complete tourism scandal. I hope the Bellevue will once again become the recommendable place it once was, or if that's not possible, I recommend demolition.
Over the past few years, our family and I have eaten at this beautiful place many times and always had good memories. Unfortunately, we were so disappointed last week that we now strongly advise against going back. -The service was catastrophic. No one even asked if we wanted water when we sat down. Plates were cleared away while someone else was still eating. Hardly any German was spoken. -The food was far too expensive for what you got. The fish was still almost cold (probably not defrosted long enough?). The Wagyu tartare was just a standard tartare from a Prodega tube. -No alcohol is simply unacceptable. A good meal deserves a nice drink. What's wrong with this restaurant?? We'll never come back. Stay away!
At 4:00 PM there's no ice cream, not even on a sunny afternoon. This seems almost unbelievable. But it's true. It's also almost unbelievable that there's no alcohol. The terrace was practically empty, whereas it used to be packed. This is due to the recent change of ownership.
