Mme Zwick facilite la détente. Même la première consultation a été une expérience complètement nouvelle pour moi : elle a pris son temps et m'a expliqué au préalable toute la procédure d'examen, d'une manière facile à comprendre. Elle a répondu à toutes mes questions avec beaucoup de compétence et d'empathie. Ce que j'apprécie personnellement le plus, c'est son merveilleux sens de l'humour et sa gentillesse. Fortement recommandé – tout simplement excellent !
Je me sentais complètement à l'aise avec le Dr Zwick et toute son équipe. Elle est incroyablement gentille, compétente et prend toujours le temps de répondre à toutes les questions. Toute l’équipe est incroyablement empathique et chaleureuse ; vous vous sentez simplement bien pris en charge. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le soutien et les conseils sensibles pendant ma grossesse. Fortement recommandé!
Mon médecin est extrêmement compétent et sympathique. Cependant, ce qui est vraiment ennuyeux, c'est qu'on ne répond presque jamais au téléphone et qu'il faut parfois appeler jusqu'à 10 fois par jour avant même de pouvoir joindre quelqu'un.
The first two times I visited this practice, I felt very uncomfortable and not taken seriously. I had to listen to unpleasant and definitely unprofessional comments. Since I'd only heard good things about this practice, I decided to give it another chance and this time went to see Dr. Zwick personally. I immediately felt taken seriously, and my expectations were met.
After changing gynecologists several times, I'm extremely satisfied here. The doctors and medical assistants are friendly, competent, and incredibly empathetic. You feel very well cared for! It's well worth the longer drive. I highly recommend them.
This practice is truly fantastic! The medical assistants are very friendly and competent. They respond to everything very quickly. I can highly recommend Dr. Strüpling. She is incredibly friendly, always cheerful, and positive. She takes you seriously as a patient. I feel very well cared for during my current pregnancy.
