La signora Zwick rende facile rilassarsi. Anche il primo consulto è stata per me un'esperienza completamente nuova: lei si è presa il suo tempo e mi ha spiegato in anticipo l'intera procedura dell'esame in modo facile da capire. Ha risposto a tutte le mie domande con grande competenza ed empatia. Ciò che personalmente apprezzo di più è il suo meraviglioso senso dell'umorismo e i suoi modi disponibili. Il mio medico è estremamente competente e cordiale. Tuttavia, la cosa veramente fastidiosa è che non rispondono quasi mai al telefono e talvolta devi chiamare fino a 10 volte al giorno prima di riuscire a contattare qualcuno.
The first two times I visited this practice, I felt very uncomfortable and not taken seriously. I had to listen to unpleasant and definitely unprofessional comments. Since I'd only heard good things about this practice, I decided to give it another chance and this time went to see Dr. Zwick personally. I immediately felt taken seriously, and my expectations were met.
After changing gynecologists several times, I'm extremely satisfied here. The doctors and medical assistants are friendly, competent, and incredibly empathetic. You feel very well cared for! It's well worth the longer drive. I highly recommend them.

She is incredibly friendly, always cheerful, and positive. She takes you seriously as a patient. I feel very well cared for during my current pregnancy.
