Hôtel charmant, personnel gentil et sympathique dans un emplacement parfait. Les chambres spacieuses et très confortables et le bain à remous étaient un vrai régal. Mauvais choix et qualité de la nourriture pour les repas du soir, en particulier pour les végétariens, on nous a facturé le même prix, mais nous ne pouvions pas manger grand-chose ! La seule chose que je changerais, c'est d'empêcher le personnel de fumer à l'avant et à l'arrière de l'hôtel, ce qui dégageait une odeur désagréable à votre arrivée.

Stayed over the weekend together with my family. Great location, big rooms with great views. Nice SPA to enjoy after skiing and friendly staff. We had a really nice time. Not our first visit at this hotel and won’t be our last.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Wengen. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. The staff at the reception were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the breakfast team was so friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant and the service truly made the difference. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

This is for the restaurant. Went for a spontanous dinner. First question was "Did you reserve a table?" We said "No". All tables occupied. They arranged us in a table where it was like a train themed tables. + Service (Waitress at table from Alsace region could speak German, French and was very friendly) + Taste of food / Quality + Price (was not over priced, same as all other restaurants near by) + Ambiance + 3 or 4 mins walk away from Lauterbrunnen bahnhof / railway station - No complaints. May be bread served for fondue was relatively less. Somehow managed it. Not sure if they will refill the breads
