Hôtel absolument magnifique. Les vues sont superbes ! La chambre dans laquelle nous avons séjourné avait son propre balcon privé et un loft. La chambre elle-même ne regorge pas de commodités, mais honnêtement, nous n’avons vraiment manqué de rien de ce que les chaînes d’hôtels auraient normalement. Nous avons passé la plupart de notre temps à l'extérieur ou au centre-ville d'Interlaken, à explorer tout ce qu'il avait à offrir. Le service ici est honnêtement le MEILLEUR service d’hôtellerie et de restauration que j’ai jamais connu. Ils se mettront en quatre pour répondre à toute demande que vous pourriez avoir. Grandes personnalités et aussi professionnalisme. Cet hôtel est à environ 15-20 minutes de la ville mais il est relaxant, magnifique et suffisamment proche de nombreuses attractions. Je recommande vivement ce joyau caché si vos voyages vous emmènent à Interlaken !

Annulation de dernière minute, expérience terrible. J'ai fait une réservation confirmée dans cet hôtel, mais ils l'ont annulée juste avant mon arrivée sans aucune explication ni avertissement clair. Je me suis retrouvé complètement bloqué, sans autre logement, et j'ai dû passer la nuit dans la rue dans des conditions épouvantables. Même si je n'ai jamais séjourné à l'hôtel, la façon dont ils ont géré la situation était inacceptable. Je déconseille fortement de réserver ici : cet endroit n'est pas fiable et met les clients en danger. A éviter à tout prix.
We stayed here for two nights and had an incredible experience. The location was awesome, the room was good, and the views were breathtaking. They had a dedicated playroom for kids, which my child absolutely loved. The food was delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised to find rice, lentil soup (which we call sambar), and samosas on the menu. Everything was super tasty. More than the rooms, views, and food, what really stood out was the kindness of the people. We felt so welcomed by everyone, especially one gentleman who made us feel at home and was wonderful with my child. There was also an older lady who served us food and was very kind. They even made special food just for my child, which he loved. Overall, the stay was memorable, and we would love to visit again. Kudos to the kind-hearted staff who made us feel so welcomed.
Breath-taking views from the outside terrace. Inside, the restaurant is simple, but so charming. Good service, delicious food, especially the carrot soup with ginger, just amazing. The menu of the day is a great value for money and very tasty.
Nice mountain restaurant and hotel with spectacular views of lake and surroundings. Very tasty food. Friendly, but strange half self-service concept.
