Hotel assolutamente stupendo. I panorami sono stupendi! La camera in cui alloggiavamo aveva il suo balcone privato e un soppalco. La camera in sé non è ricca di servizi, ma onestamente non ci è mancato nulla che normalmente avrebbero gli hotel della catena. Abbiamo trascorso la maggior parte del nostro tempo fuori o nel centro di Interlaken esplorando tutto ciò che aveva da offrire. Il servizio qui è onestamente il MIGLIOR servizio di hotel e ristorante che abbia mai visto. Si farebbero in quattro per qualsiasi richiesta tu possa avere. Grandi personalità e anche professionalità. Questo hotel è a circa 15-20 minuti dalla città ma è rilassante, stupendo e comunque abbastanza vicino a molte attrazioni. Consiglio vivamente questo tesoro nascosto se i tuoi viaggi ti portano a Interlaken!
Vorrei ringraziare l'hotel con una buona posizione con vista sul Lago di Thun e un personale molto gentile e molto disponibile con le nostre esigenze, soprattutto se siamo in un gruppo numeroso. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel perché è molto vicino a tutti…
Cancellazione dell'ultimo minuto, esperienza terribile. ho effettuato una prenotazione confermata in questo hotel, ma l'hanno cancellata subito prima del mio arrivo senza alcuna spiegazione o avviso chiaro. Sono rimasta completamente bloccata, senza una sistemazione alternativa, e ho dovuto passare la notte per strada in condizioni terribili. Anche se non ho mai soggiornato in questo hotel, il modo in cui hanno gestito la situazione era inaccettabile. Sconsiglio vivamente di prenotare qui: questo posto è inaffidabile e mette seriamente a rischio gli ospiti. Evitare a tutti i costi.
We stayed here for two nights and had an incredible experience. The location was awesome, the room was good, and the views were breathtaking. They had a dedicated playroom for kids, which my child absolutely loved. The food was delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised to find rice, lentil soup (which we call sambar), and samosas on the menu. Everything was super tasty. More than the rooms, views, and food, what really stood out was the kindness of the people. We felt so welcomed by everyone, especially one gentleman who made us feel at home and was wonderful with my child. There was also an older lady who served us food and was very kind. They even made special food just for my child, which he loved. Overall, the stay was memorable, and we would love to visit again. Kudos to the kind-hearted staff who made us feel so welcomed.
Breath-taking views from the outside terrace. Inside, the restaurant is simple, but so charming. Good service, delicious food, especially the carrot soup with ginger, just amazing. The menu of the day is a great value for money and very tasty.
Nice mountain restaurant and hotel with spectacular views of lake and surroundings. Very tasty food. Friendly, but strange half self-service concept.
