Je suis vraiment sans voix, ma famille et moi y sommes allés l'été dernier 2023, notre expérience a été au-delà de nos attentes, c'était incroyable, nous avons tout aimé de l'appartement, de la propreté, du confort et de la vue incroyable. Merci d'avoir rendu nos vacances vraiment agréables, huit nuits de confort et de sécurité ♥️

Bel appartement propre situé au centre de Lenk. L'appartement est très moderne et la vue depuis le balcon est magnifique. La cuisine dispose de tout l'équipement et est très bien conçue et a dépassé les attentes. Les chambres et la salle de bain sont agréables. L'épicerie est située à 3 minutes de l'appartement. Peu de choses prêtent à confusion si vous venez pour la première fois, comme le processus d'enregistrement/départ et le stationnement. Le processus d'enregistrement/départ est déroutant car personne n'est au bureau d'enregistrement après 19h00 et les clés sont réparties sur la table et vous devez trouver la vôtre. Si vous ne lisez pas les instructions à l’avance, vous traverserez une période difficile. Le stationnement est également déroutant car il est peu caché si vous venez pour la première fois.

The accommodation was excellent. We booked apartment C, which had a wonderful view, was clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The only downside was that it's a bit far from the main villages, maybe an hour and a half away. But it's great for relaxing.

Faten

I don't recommend it. The furniture was worn out and old. It's an hour away from Interlaken; there are better and closer options. The refrigerator was broken, and our belongings were lost in the accommodation. We haven't been compensated. Bad hotel and management. We weren't compensated for the damages we suffered in the accommodation, and there has been no response.

We booked and paid for the Kronenmatte apartment on the ground floor in November 2020 for August 2021. The apartment had a patio for us (the grandparents), our daughter with her husband, and our two-year-old grandson. On the Saturday morning before our arrival, the owner, Mr. Zäch, called and said the booked apartment was occupied. Instead, we had to stay in an apartment in an old ELK building on the first floor above a restaurant. Despite several letters and promises from Mr. Zäch, and the support of the hoteleriesuisse ombudsman, Mr. Zäch never responded to my phone call, email, or registered letter. According to other reviews, these are the shady practices of Ferienlenk, and I advise people against booking holidays with them.
