C'est la deuxième fois que je séjourne à l'hôtel Simmenhof. Personnel sympathique et professionnel. Chambres propres et belles installations | Petit déjeuner incroyable. Je le recommande sans hésiter et j'y reviendrai
Nous avons séjourné au Simmenhof lors de notre randonnée Via Alpina. L'hôtel est juste assez éloigné de Lenk pour le rendre gênant, même s'il y a un arrêt de bus juste en face de l'hôtel et à 25 minutes à pied du centre-ville. Il est situé dans une zone plus agricole, ce qui signifie de belles vues sur la vallée mais une odeur de fumier perceptible. Le personnel était pour la plupart accueillant et arrangeant. L'espace semblait démodé mais il était confortable. Il semblait qu'ils rénovaient progressivement tout l'hôtel, alors peut-être que cela s'améliorerait. Le dîner en demi-pension était délicieux.
Nous avons séjourné dans ce merveilleux hôtel pendant deux nuits le 23/24 du Nouvel An dans la chambre numéro 211. Michael et son équipe étaient absolument magnifiques. Tous les membres du personnel ont travaillé sans relâche pendant notre séjour pour que tous les résidents se sentent exceptionnellement spéciaux. …
We booked a room for 2 without balcony for 2 nights. Room was pretty basic, with some smaller issues. However during the first night we were kept awake by a humming sound. Most horrible night ever in a hotel. We couldn't sleep not even with ear plugs. A friend of ours stayed in the room next to us, same experience. So we went to the reception an explained the situation. First reaction was that this is what you should expect when you book a cheaper room (with out balcony and mountain view). It took quite some effort to convince hotel management to offer us new rooms. During the rest of our stay they were pretty 'icecold'.
The staff were absolutely amazing and took great care of me and my team during our short visit. A massive thank you to Claudia, Alexandria, Sokratakis, and Saskia for their outstanding hospitality and attention
