È la seconda volta che soggiorno all'hotel Simmenhof. Personale cordiale e professionale. Camere pulite e ottimi servizi | Colazione fantastica. Lo consiglio vivamente e ci tornerei
Abbiamo soggiornato al Simmenhof durante il nostro trekking sulla Via Alpina. L'hotel è abbastanza lontano da Lenk da renderlo scomodo, anche se c'è una fermata dell'autobus proprio di fronte all'hotel ed è a 25 minuti a piedi dal centro città. Si trova in una zona più agricola, il che significava una bella vista sulla valle ma un notevole odore di letame. Il personale era per la maggior parte accogliente e premuroso. Lo spazio sembrava datato ma era confortevole. Sembrava che stessero gradualmente rinnovando l'intero hotel, quindi forse questo migliorerà. La cena in mezza pensione era deliziosa.
Abbiamo soggiornato in questo meraviglioso hotel per due notti nel periodo di Capodanno, 23/24, nella camera numero 211. Michael e il suo team sono stati assolutamente magnifici. Tutti i membri del personale hanno lavorato instancabilmente durante il nostro soggiorno per far sentire tutti i residenti eccezionalmente speciali. …
We booked a room for 2 without balcony for 2 nights. Room was pretty basic, with some smaller issues. However during the first night we were kept awake by a humming sound. Most horrible night ever in a hotel. We couldn't sleep not even with ear plugs. A friend of ours stayed in the room next to us, same experience. So we went to the reception an explained the situation. First reaction was that this is what you should expect when you book a cheaper room (with out balcony and mountain view). It took quite some effort to convince hotel management to offer us new rooms. During the rest of our stay they were pretty 'icecold'.
The staff were absolutely amazing and took great care of me and my team during our short visit. A massive thank you to Claudia, Alexandria, Sokratakis, and Saskia for their outstanding hospitality and attention
