Malheureusement, nous avons vécu une expérience assez loin d’un hôtel standard 4 étoiles. Le personnel du restaurant n'était pas vraiment poli et nous disait de changer de table 3 fois par minute au petit-déjeuner. Si vous employez des personnes en service, elles doivent au moins savoir comment communiquer professionnellement et poliment avec les gens. Douche pulvérisée dans toutes les directions. La chambre réservée pour deux personnes n'était équipée que d'une petite couette minuscule pour une personne, d'un oreiller et d'une serviette de bain. La moquette était poussiéreuse. Je pense simplement que cet hôtel ne répond absolument pas aux normes d'un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Had dinner at restaurant previous week food and service great - this time was shocking food was rushed, bread served was stale, food not cooked properly steak on hot rock was cold - asked for a pepper sauce - chef added some peppercorns to a strange sauce - disgusting ! looked like wiener schnitzel was frozen and seemed not to have defrosted properly -? had funny watery liquid inside ? Chips and vegetables were nice - within 1 hour we were rushed out of there - will not be going back.

This hotel is probably mostly used for business, but the proximity to the lake, delicious breakfasts and availability of 2 SUP boards (for free) makes it perfect for vacation! The staff were super friendly and helpful, despite being very busy. Especially the ladies at the reception - they helped us with our multiple requests 😅. I really loved the food at this hotel! The recepies are standard as for any other hotels, but the taste was really rich and vivid🤤😍!! Probably it's because they do groceries at the local farmers. Also tip for those traveling in the summer 2022: if your windows face not the lake, but the building area, keep them shut - the builders start working at 7am 😅. Overal very nice hotel! 🧡 Thank you!
