Le personnel de l'hôtel est très gentil et serviable, ils m'ont donné deux morceaux de chocolat à mon arrivée. Je restais ici à cause de la guerre en Iran, mon vol a été annulé alors Etihad nous a organisé un séjour ici. Ils ont eu un bon dîner et un bon petit-déjeuner. Le beau, le propre et le spacieux. Le seul inconvénient était que la vue de la fenêtre de ma chambre est littéralement le toit de McDonald's ? Mais à part ça, tout était incroyable. J'adore cet hôtel et les gens qui l'entretiennent.

L'hôtel était très facile d'accès, à seulement 5 à 10 minutes avec la navette de l'hôtel qui part toutes les 30 minutes devant le terminal de l'aéroport. La chambre était grande, propre et confortable mais un peu chaude à mon goût. La climatisation ne semblait faire rien d'autre que faire du bruit, alors je l'ai finalement éteinte. Cela aurait été bien d'avoir un réfrigérateur dans la chambre aussi.

This is NOT at the airport. It is 20 minutes by car and there are NO early morning shuttles. Staff was very unhelpful when we wanted to change hotels. Offered a rate at Radisson Blu higher than was on the website and was unable to make a reservation for us. There are no nearby services. The issues just continue. The shuttle is free FROM the airport but you have to pay to get back. The next shuttle wasn’t even running for 40 minutes. We had to pay an Uber to get back. Spoke to the manager Afzaal Sikander, who just kept making excuses and offered no solution to the problem. Last time I will ever stay at a Radisson.

This hotel is not attached to the airport. You need to pay 10 franks per person if you want a shuttle to the airport or it’s a 60 chf taxi ride away. The name is deceitful. The staff are very nice and helpful. It is a 10 minute walk from the Rumlang train station so you can get to Zurich pretty easily. The rooms are very spacious although the setup is odd. The showers are connected to the rest of the room so theres really no privacy if you are staying there with someone else. You literally step out of the shower into the bedroom, theres no divider or curtain or separate room. The toilets also reminded me of an airplane toilet
