A beautiful location with cheerful and friendly hosts. You immediately feel at home. We attended the intercultural lunch and enjoyed delicious Afghan dishes, cooked and served by very friendly Afghan locals. A truly enriching experience in every way.
Super Brunch, every 1st Sunday of the month.
Hello dear readers, Today I'd like to tell you about my wonderful brunch experience at "Aateigi" in Sarnen. It's a cozy restaurant with a lovely terrace and a magnificent view of the Sarneraa river. I was there with my family on Sunday morning, and we all felt very comfortable. "Aateigi" offers a generous brunch buffet that leaves nothing to be desired. There's a good selection of various delicacies, all freshly and deliciously prepared. Whether sweet or savory, hot or cold, bread or muesli, cheese or cold cuts, eggs or hash browns, fruit or cake – everyone will find something to their liking. And the best part is: it's all-you-can-eat, meaning you can eat as much as you want. The staff is very friendly and attentive, ensuring that plates are always full and glasses are never empty. The service is quick and courteous, and the atmosphere is relaxed and cheerful. We had a wonderful time and ate (too much?). I can highly recommend "Aateigi" in Sarnen if you're ever in the mood for a delicious brunch. It's definitely worth reserving a table and letting yourself be pampered. I'll certainly be going back soon and I'm already looking forward to my next visit.
