Très très bel hôtel ! Le personnel est incroyable et sympathique. La chambre est très propre et belle. Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit, mais nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester plus longtemps.

We stayed for one night while visiting Lucerne — a couple with two young children. At first, the hotel appeared promising, but we soon discovered it had no air conditioning and very poor ventilation. The bathroom lacked even a basic exhaust fan, and the room became uncomfortably hot, with only a dusty fan provided. Additionally, the skylight had no curtain or blackout option, so the room was fully lit by sunrise in the early summer morning. Unfortunately, this made our stay far less comfortable than expected.
