Sehr, sehr schönes Hotel! Das Personal ist fantastisch und freundlich. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und schön. Wir blieben nur eine Nacht, aber wir wünschten, wir könnten länger bleiben.

Schönes Hotel und Lage, 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Da das Spa außer Betrieb war, konnte ich dazu nichts sagen.

We stayed for one night while visiting Lucerne — a couple with two young children. At first, the hotel appeared promising, but we soon discovered it had no air conditioning and very poor ventilation. The bathroom lacked even a basic exhaust fan, and the room became uncomfortably hot, with only a dusty fan provided. Additionally, the skylight had no curtain or blackout option, so the room was fully lit by sunrise in the early summer morning. Unfortunately, this made our stay far less comfortable than expected.
