Nice hotel and location, 5min from station. The spa was out of service so could not comment there.
We stayed for one night while visiting Lucerne — a couple with two young children. At first, the hotel appeared promising, but we soon discovered it had no air conditioning and very poor ventilation. The bathroom lacked even a basic exhaust fan, and the room became uncomfortably hot, with only a dusty fan provided. Additionally, the skylight had no curtain or blackout option, so the room was fully lit by sunrise in the early summer morning. Unfortunately, this made our stay far less comfortable than expected.
Amazing location, reasonable prices,lovely staff and an amazing hotel at the lobby. Perfect place to stay in Switzerland. Highly recommend
The personnel was very welcoming and helpful. The room was super clean and modern, with very qualitative bedding. The food was also very good.
