We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! Our room had the perfect view of the mountains. The breakfast was phenomenal. Et l'emplacement était parfait, à quelques pas de la gare d'Interlaken Ouest.

Tout dans mon séjour était exceptionnel. La vue est à couper le souffle et le personnel est incroyablement sympathique et attentionné. Une mention spéciale au membre du personnel qui a offert d'excellentes recommandations sur les choses à faire à Interlaken et qui était si disposé à répondre à toutes mes questions. La chambre elle-même est confortable et bien équipée avec tous les équipements essentiels. Leur emplacement est également très pratique et accessible.

Bon emplacement. Facilement accessible depuis la gare par des chemins assez plats. Nous avons mis environ 8 minutes à pied jusqu'à l'hôtel avec nos bagages. Le petit déjeuner était bon avec une variété d'œufs, de pains et de boissons. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable mais les oreillers …

Orignal comment (2 stars): With all the good reviews, we thought we would be welcomed here. We arrived on 21.12.2025 afternoon. It is a nice hotel location wise, but the young receptionist was terrible when we stayed there. She had an attitude the whole time, even when we arrived. When we called reception for additional pillows, she was irritated, sighing constantly and tells us that they are fully booked and don't have anything for us. No apologies that the hotel is out of pillows. She then tells us that we can try ask the next night. She didn't even bother to check that we were only one night there. No sympathy or help at all.

Outstanding! If you are staying in the Interlaken area I highly recommend the Beau Site. Welcoming staff (thank you) eager to answer questions one may have. Special thank you to John who welcomed weary travelers and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Although we were traveling as a couple it is evident that they are also well suited to accommodate families.
