Beausite Interlaken — Seestrasse 16, 3800 Unterseen, Switzerland

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno assolutamente meraviglioso qui! La nostra camera aveva una vista perfetta sulle montagne. La colazione era fenomenale. E la posizione era perfetta, a pochi passi dalla stazione di Interlaken West.

Tutto ciò che riguarda il mio soggiorno è stato eccezionale. La vista è mozzafiato e il personale è incredibilmente cordiale e attento. Una menzione speciale al membro dello staff che ha offerto ottimi consigli su cose da fare a Interlaken ed è stato così disponibile a rispondere a tutte le mie domande. La camera in sé è confortevole e ben attrezzata con tutti i servizi essenziali. Anche la loro posizione è estremamente comoda e accessibile.

Buona posizione. Facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione ferroviaria tramite sentieri abbastanza pianeggianti. Abbiamo impiegato circa 8 minuti per raggiungere a piedi l'hotel con i nostri bagagli. Orignal comment (2 stars): With all the good reviews, we thought we would be welcomed here. We arrived on 21.12.2025 afternoon. It is a nice hotel location wise, but the young receptionist was terrible when we stayed there. She had an attitude the whole time, even when we arrived. When we called reception for additional pillows, she was irritated, sighing constantly and tells us that they are fully booked and don't have anything for us. No apologies that the hotel is out of pillows. She then tells us that we can try ask the next night. She didn't even bother to check that we were only one night there. No sympathy or help at all.

Outstanding! If you are staying in the Interlaken area I highly recommend the Beau Site. Welcoming staff (thank you) eager to answer questions one may have. Special thank you to John who welcomed weary travelers and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Although we were traveling as a couple it is evident that they are also well suited to accommodate families.
