L'hôtel dans son ensemble est un endroit agréable. À quelques minutes à pied de la gare d'Interlaken Ouest. Le personnel et les serveurs sont arrangeants. Il y a une pharmacie, une coopérative et un restaurant chinois à proximité. Mon séjour est très confortable et je me sens en sécurité tout le temps. Fortement recommandé.
Notre séjour à l’hôtel Rössli était absolument splendide. Nous y sommes restés trois nuits et avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Jean-Louis, le propriétaire, qui incarne véritablement l'hospitalité. Sa chaleur et ses soins sincères ont rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial. L'hôtel est très bien situé près de la gare de l'Ouest, ce qui en fait une base idéale pour explorer les attractions à proximité. Notre chambre était spacieuse, confortable et idéale pour un séjour relaxant. Ils disposent également d'un coin salon confortable où les clients peuvent déguster un café à tout moment ou même des plats chauds, ce qui était une touche réfléchie. Le personnel nous a fourni de merveilleuses suggestions sur les endroits à visiter autour de la ville. Jean nous a toujours accueillis avec un sourire agréable et nous a posé des questions sur notre journée, nous faisant nous sentir vraiment chez nous. Il nous a même offert un magnifique film suisse qu'il a réalisé – un spectacle visuel et un joli souvenir de notre voyage. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui envisagent une visite. Ce fut une expérience mémorable et réconfortante !
A marvelous experience. Not only is the city and region one of a kind, this is a deeply special place in Switzerland. The staff and the owner are like family, and they treat guests as such. This was my best experience in my Europe travels as a guest, as everyone helped me getting around with patience, time and attention - showing maps, helping with tickets, going step-by-step. The kindness extents to breakfast attention, laundry - they really do have everything to best accommodate any needs you may have. The location is my favorite near Interlaken, I didn't know the city but would not have preferred to be anywhere else geographically! It's in Unterseen, a charming town quite close to Interlaken West Station and the view as you walk there is quite appreciated. The owner is kind-hearted and gave me wisdom through advise, I really appreciate him too - as everyone else who works there, not by coincidence - for more than 10 years already. It matters when employees are well-treated and happy, and this shows here! The room I got was a single one with annexed bathroom; the comfort and peacefulness were highlights. It all made my travels that much better, and I sure will be coming back one day. Thank you to everyone at the hotel, for everything, Luis.
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rossli. The location is perfect, and the staff were extremely helpful and polite throughout our stay. The owner, Jean‑Louis, was very caring and personally checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s a warm and welcoming boutique hotel, perfect for a stay in Interlaken. Highly recommended. ✨
We loved our stay at Hotel Rossli, Interlaken. The welcome and hospitality from Jean-Louis, Christopher and all the staff team was really special. We were treated as part of the family and nothing was too much trouble. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was hot and we had everything we needed. It was so helpful to have use of a fridge and microwave. Interlaken was beautiful and we visited the Jungfraujoch which was an amazing experience. It was the best hotel we stayed in during our time in Switzerland.
