L'hotel nel complesso è un bel posto. A pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Interlaken West. Il personale e i server sono accomodanti. C'è una farmacia, una cooperativa e un ristorante cinese nelle vicinanze. Il mio soggiorno è molto confortevole e mi sento sempre al sicuro. Altamente raccomandato.
Il nostro soggiorno all'Hotel Rössli è stato assolutamente splendido. Siamo stati lì per tre notti e siamo stati accolti calorosamente da Jean-Louis, il proprietario, che è veramente l'ospitalità personificata. Il suo calore e la sua cura genuina hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale. L'hotel è molto ben posizionato vicino alla Stazione Ovest, rendendolo una base perfetta per esplorare le attrazioni vicine. La nostra camera era spaziosa, confortevole e ideale per un soggiorno rilassante. Hanno anche un'accogliente area lounge dove gli ospiti possono gustare un caffè in qualsiasi momento o anche cibo confezionato caldo, il che è stato un tocco premuroso. Il personale ci ha fornito ottimi consigli sui luoghi da visitare in città. Jean ci salutava sempre con un sorriso piacevole e ci chiedeva della nostra giornata, facendoci sentire veramente a casa. Ci ha persino regalato un bellissimo film svizzero che ha realizzato: uno spettacolo visivo e un bel ricordo del nostro viaggio. Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chiunque stia programmando una visita. È stata un'esperienza memorabile e commovente!
A marvelous experience. Not only is the city and region one of a kind, this is a deeply special place in Switzerland. The staff and the owner are like family, and they treat guests as such. This was my best experience in my Europe travels as a guest, as everyone helped me getting around with patience, time and attention - showing maps, helping with tickets, going step-by-step. The kindness extents to breakfast attention, laundry - they really do have everything to best accommodate any needs you may have. The location is my favorite near Interlaken, I didn't know the city but would not have preferred to be anywhere else geographically! It's in Unterseen, a charming town quite close to Interlaken West Station and the view as you walk there is quite appreciated. The owner is kind-hearted and gave me wisdom through advise, I really appreciate him too - as everyone else who works there, not by coincidence - for more than 10 years already. It matters when employees are well-treated and happy, and this shows here! The room I got was a single one with annexed bathroom; the comfort and peacefulness were highlights. It all made my travels that much better, and I sure will be coming back one day. Thank you to everyone at the hotel, for everything, Luis.
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rossli. The location is perfect, and the staff were extremely helpful and polite throughout our stay. The owner, Jean‑Louis, was very caring and personally checked in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s a warm and welcoming boutique hotel, perfect for a stay in Interlaken. Highly recommended. ✨
We loved our stay at Hotel Rossli, Interlaken. The welcome and hospitality from Jean-Louis, Christopher and all the staff team was really special. We were treated as part of the family and nothing was too much trouble. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was hot and we had everything we needed. It was so helpful to have use of a fridge and microwave. Interlaken was beautiful and we visited the Jungfraujoch which was an amazing experience. It was the best hotel we stayed in during our time in Switzerland.
