N'allez pas dans cette banque sauf si vous êtes millionnaire. Je viens de perdre CHF 4'500,00 à cause d'un mauvais service client, tout simplement parce qu'ils ne savent pas lire ! Mon représentant du service client, un homme âgé, n'aurait jamais fait cela il y a à peine trois ans. Il m'a toujours contacté à l'avance, mais depuis qu'il a pris sa retraite, plus personne ne vérifie. Mme Pfeiffer de la succursale de Lachen n'avait aucun intérêt pour le service client. Et Uznach est tout simplement une grande entreprise sans cerveau !!!!! Je n’écris jamais de critiques comme celle-ci, mais c’était absolument nécessaire !

Épouvantable… Si vous ne disposez que d'une caution de loyer de CHF 6'400.00 auprès de LLB, comme l'exige le propriétaire, vous perdez chaque année de l'argent en frais de port et de papier. La banque en ligne n'est disponible que si vous disposez également, par exemple, d'un compte courant ou d'un compte d'épargne. Et il y a des frais exorbitants pour la fermeture du compte…

How can you be so uptight and customer-unfriendly? Of course, they have opening hours that only a kindergartener could follow. Their online banking is simply neither user-friendly nor clear. The absolute worst thing for me was when, to celebrate my customer anniversary, I received six apples and had to pay 25 francs for them because the shipping costs weren't covered. (The apples weren't even good; they were mealy and only palatable for my compost.) Thanks for absolutely nothing, Bank Linth...

When my card stopped working, I wanted to withdraw money at the counter. I was then informed that the card was old and that I should have had a new one since October 2021. Since this wasn't the case, the answer was that we must have forgotten about it!!! Furthermore, despite showing my ID, I was refused permission to withdraw money from my account because I didn't have the new card due to their fault. I am no longer happy with Bank Linth at all and will be changing banks because I have received absolutely no help. This problem hasn't happened once, and it will be the last time I open an account here. I would have liked to give it 0 stars.

During a deposit at the ATM, a piece of a banknote got stuck in the machine. The note was subsequently unusable. Even though I complained about this on the afternoon of July 9, 2021, with my receipt, the young lady refused. Even though it was the bank's mistake, she couldn't even replace the note. Instead, she sent me to a competitor to exchange it. Very poor service.
