Siamo rimasti delusi dopo la nostra visita. La carne di cervo è arrivata con i contorni sbagliati e il personale ha riconosciuto l'errore solo dopo che l'abbiamo chiesto. Anche la porzione di cervo era molto piccola e il piatto sembrava piuttosto vuoto. L'entrecote non era molto caldo e il piatto sembrava banale con solo il risotto e il pezzo di carne. Il dessert era eccessivamente pesante sulla panna. Mi aspetto questa qualità da un ristorante normale, non da una locanda di campagna come il Bären Dürrenroth. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo non era accettabile. Il nostro server era competente ma non molto cordiale e sembrava piuttosto seccato.

Today we went to the Bären restaurant for lunch. After a long wait, we were served by the owner, even though it wasn't very busy at 11:45. The waitstaff ignored us several times and served other customers. The food didn't match the menu description: chicken stroganoff with tomato sauce, which was very bland and the portion was too small. The breaded schnitzel was dark brown, overcooked, and dry. No one asked us if we enjoyed our meal because it was already too crowded. The staff also didn't have time to take our payment, so we waited a long time. Because of this, we didn't order coffee or dessert.

I highly recommend the Bären Dürrenroth restaurant. The restaurant's carefully designed furnishings and decor alone are worth a visit, as is the beautiful outdoor area – now in summer, full of flowers. Delicious, fresh, and high-quality regional cuisine, and the extremely friendly staff deserves special mention. I'd be happy to come back!
