Ho noleggiato un'attrezzatura. Sembrava fantastico, ma sfortunatamente si è rotto durante il lavoro perché qualcosa all'interno era rotto. L'ho restituito dopo circa mezza giornata. Dato che sono riuscito a portare a termine parte del lavoro previsto, ho proposto di dimezzare il canone di noleggio. Il dipendente era comprensivo e avrebbe acconsentito, ma dopo essersi consultato con il direttore, ha insistito per l'intero importo!

Lawn mower service costs €400! And Mr. Pause is the boss. He's particularly business-minded and not very friendly. Questions in the store are charged as consultation time. I'm now at Coop BauHobby where lawn mower service costs €200! When my Stihl lawn mower had carburetor problems in 2019, they diagnosed a 'piston seizure' – probably hoping to sell me a new machine. The mower is still running perfectly… So beware!!!

Whether it's trucks, cranes, excavators, or snowblowers, they've always helped me very quickly, repaired things, or serviced them, and I've never had any problems.
