I rented a piece of equipment. It looked great, but unfortunately, it broke down mid-work because something inside was broken. I returned it after about half a day. Since I was able to complete some of the planned work, I suggested halving the rental fee. The employee was understanding and would have agreed, but after consulting with the manager, they insisted on the full amount!

Lawn mower service costs €400! And Mr. Pause is the boss. He's particularly business-minded and not very friendly. Questions in the store are charged as consultation time. I'm now at Coop BauHobby where lawn mower service costs €200! When my Stihl lawn mower had carburetor problems in 2019, they diagnosed a 'piston seizure' – probably hoping to sell me a new machine. The mower is still running perfectly… So beware!!!
For me, THE mechanic in the Horgen district!!! Whether it's trucks, cranes, excavators, or snowblowers, they've always helped me very quickly, repaired things, or serviced them, and I've never had any problems.
