Servizio straordinario! Ieri abbiamo avuto sfortuna ed entrambe le nostre bici avevano bisogno di essere riparate subito prima di poter continuare il nostro viaggio. Ci hanno accolto immediatamente e tutto è stato risolto in meno di un'ora e mezza! Sono così grato che le nostre bici si siano rotte lì vicino! Abbiamo avuto problemi con la bici durante il nostro viaggio, ci hanno portato subito, avevano il pezzo in stock e hanno anche scattato delle foto che mostravano cosa era andato storto, così ho potuto dire al mio negozio di biciclette locale cosa avevano fatto di sbagliato! I had my racing bike shipped to Sarnen by SBB (bad idea, never again). When I picked it up at the station on Saturday, the right shifter and brake lever was completely destroyed. Both the shift cable and the brake hose had snapped. One phone call was all it took, and Ms. Windlin confirmed right away that they had the spare parts in stock. They repaired the bike in just under an hour. Ms. Windlin even provided me with a loaner bike while I waited so I could grab a coffee at Migros. So, although a little late, I was still able to start my tour, and my weekend was saved. That was incredibly friendly and competent service! Thank you again for everything!!!
