Amazing service! We had a bad luck yesterday and both our bikes needed fixing right away before we could continue our journey. They took us in immediately and everything was fixed in less than 1.5 hour! So grateful that our bikes broke near there! Thank you for your help and wonderful service!
Amazing service! Had bike troubles during our trip, they took us in right away, had the part in stock, even took pictures showing what went wrong so I could tell my local bike shop what they did wrong! Amazing!

I had my racing bike shipped to Sarnen by SBB (bad idea, never again). When I picked it up at the station on Saturday, the right shifter and brake lever was completely destroyed. Both the shift cable and the brake hose had snapped. One phone call was all it took, and Ms. Windlin confirmed right away that they had the spare parts in stock. They repaired the bike in just under an hour. Ms. Windlin even provided me with a loaner bike while I waited so I could grab a coffee at Migros. So, although a little late, I was still able to start my tour, and my weekend was saved. That was incredibly friendly and competent service! Thank you again for everything!!!
