Posizione estremamente bella, camere pulite, personale disponibile, soggiorno tranquillo! La parte migliore è che scendi dall'autobus alla fermata Kastanienbaum e l'hotel è lì di fronte a te! Nessuna ricerca da nessuna parte, nessuna camminata.
Mentre i panorami erano molto pittoreschi e adoravano la spiaggia privata per nuotare sul lago. Non consiglio di soggiornare lì in estate. Capisco che siamo stati lì quando c'erano giornate calde atipiche per il clima in hotel, ma ci è stato detto di aprire le finestre (senza zanzariere) e ci hanno dato una presa per aiutarci con gli insetti. Eravamo proprio sopra il ristorante e facevamo rumore fino a tarda notte poiché la finestra doveva essere aperta per qualsiasi tipo di aria e il giorno successivo avevo lividi su tutto il corpo a causa delle punture di insetti. ne abbiamo spesi quasi 400 a notte e si sarebbe dovuto fare qualche considerazione per questo.
Lakeside room with balcony is just fantastic view and sunny. Very quiet hotel. Good service with friendly staff. Restaurant open all afternoon /evening. Good menu. Relaxing terrace over looking the lake. Pool, hot tub, sauna and steam Room. Free bus ride into old town Lucerne.
Charming hotel in a beautiful lakeside setting, ideal for a peaceful stay. However, the facilities are quite basic — more like a boutique hotel. Breakfast is average with limited variety, and there’s no air conditioning, which can be uncomfortable in summer. Opening windows helps, but mosquitoes are a problem. Service was disappointing: staff were not flexible with room requests, and we were asked to pay extra for an upgrade that was actually cheaper online. Overall, decent value if you're mainly after the view, but expect some compromises.
I would like to give 5 star rate b/c every thing was perfect and special thanks for “Vanessa Wild” for her kindly smile and professional service she helped us with our bags and print tickets to us even dinner menu .. the only thing you need to review is prices!
