Il ristorante sulla terrazza dell'Hotel Bellevue des Alpes è semplicemente indimenticabile. La vista da sola vale la visita: maestosa, calma e assolutamente mozzafiato. Il servizio era caloroso, attento e sinceramente cordiale. Il cibo si abbinava perfettamente all'ambiente: fresco, ben preparato e presentato con cura. Tutto aveva un sapore onesto e di alta qualità, esattamente quello che speri dopo essere stato in montagna. Che tu venga per un pasto completo o semplicemente per sederti con un caffè e ammirare il panorama, sembra che il tempo rallenti nel miglior modo possibile. Questo è il tipo di posto che ricordi e in cui vuoi tornare. Una perfetta combinazione di paesaggio, atmosfera e ospitalità. Altamente raccomandato!
Stavamo facendo un'escursione e siamo arrivati all'hotel verso l'1:30 del pomeriggio. Naturalmente gli altri posti dove mangiare in treno erano affollati e il cibo era quello tipico. Siamo andati al Bellevue e c'era una piccola esposizione di champagne e...
Non ho soggiornato in hotel, ma ho pranzato qui dopo aver camminato da Wengen a Kleine Scheidegg. Ho gustato una deliziosa insalata di barbabietole e quinoa. La terrazza e la vista, perfetta per godersi il buon cibo e il sole, sono ciò che rendono questo posto così speciale. Inoltre, nonostante sia alta stagione in montagna, non sembra affollata. Il giusto equilibrio.
⭐ 1 Star – Racist and Discriminatory Treatment This was one of the most humiliating hotel experiences I have ever had. The lady manager on duty was extremely rude, disrespectful, and openly discriminatory towards us because we are Indian. When we politely requested something as basic as a chair, we were met with hostility and were told words to the effect of “This place is not for you.” This statement was shocking, offensive, and clearly racist. No guest should ever be spoken to in this manner, regardless of nationality. Instead of hospitality, we were made to feel unwelcome and insulted. The manager’s tone throughout was arrogant and dismissive, showing a complete lack of professionalism and basic human decency. Such behavior is unacceptable, especially in an establishment that claims to serve international guests. I strongly caution Indian travelers and anyone who values respectful treatment to think twice before staying here. Racism has no place in hospitality. 30/12/25
If you are contemplating staying here, I highly recommend you look elsewhere. The staff acted like we were intrusive houseguests as opposed to paying customers. Any question or request was met with passive aggressive contempt. To top it off, we told friends to meet us in the lobby for dinner; when they arrived, they were not allowed to wait downstairs in the lobby for us. I don’t know who these people think they are? You’re not the Hotel du Cap and you are not an exclusive property. I advise anyone to stay down in Wengen where the hospitality industry is welcoming and friendly. I gave the location two stars because you can go anywhere else and have an equally stunning view.
