Servizio clienti terribile. La finestra dell'appuntamento era dalle 13 alle 16 del 27 marzo. Finalmente sono riuscito a contattare qualcuno al telefono alle 15:45. La donna al telefono ha detto che il tecnico poteva ancora venire fino alle 16:00. La finestra temporale è scaduta solo dopo le 16:00. Ho chiamato di nuovo alle 16:00. L'uomo mi ha detto che nessun tecnico era più disponibile perché erano già le 16.00. Ho quindi chiamato il signor Haschemi delle vendite, il quale si è scusato per il disservizio e mi ha assicurato un nuovo appuntamento con la massima priorità. È scandaloso essere trattati così dopo aver acquistato un montascale dal costo esorbitante. Il montascale necessita urgentemente di manutenzione.

Employees are not adequately trained. Some employees have no idea about the lift controls/problems. (Perhaps this is due to the fact that the technicians employed are predominantly young, inexperienced.) Please note: Technicians must achieve a certain monthly turnover in repair sales, otherwise they risk being deemed poorly qualified. This, of course, has a negative impact on the customer's wallet. Absolutely unsatisfactory.

They can't even properly renovate/build elevators. The car lift was just repaired and still has the same problems and keeps getting stuck.

Service and quality are a complete disaster. The emergency button hasn't worked for 11 months, and nobody has been able to get it to function. Even with a full-service contract, malfunctions and other issues are not resolved.
