Anche per me NetVOIP sostituisce...... Skype! Mi è stato consigliato da un familiare con esigenze simili. È uno "strumento di tranquillità" che mi assicura di poter effettuare chiamate di emergenza anche verso numeri standard svizzeri da ovunque mi trovi. Non ho ancora avuto l'opportunità di usarlo fuori dalla Svizzera, ma alcuni test effettuati in Svizzera mi hanno confermato che funziona come previsto.
Impeccabile: fa egregiamente il suo lavoro! La documentazione aggiuntiva per la configurazione del dispositivo (Snom nel mio caso) è molto apprezzata!

After Skype was discontinued, I was stuck and didn't know how to cheaply call my credit card company, bank, and pension fund in Switzerland from Thailand. A friend of mine wrote to netvoip AG to ask if it was possible to become a member of netvoip AG without a permanent residence in Switzerland. The understandable response came immediately, and I can now make calls to Switzerland at very reasonable rates. I'm extremely happy with netvoip AG's service!
Exceptional delivery with responsive and competent support. Setup was faster then expected. Technical support did great and followed up on a minor question and was very knowledgeable. Not some first level drone that has no idea. This is the support you would love to have with more companies.
Good support when applying for a mobile and land line number. However, the shipment of the sim card by mail needed two attempts.
