Abbiamo trascorso 8 notti meravigliose all'hotel Ermitage. Siamo arrivati presto, ma ci hanno fatto entrare nella zona benessere per rilassarci, poi abbiamo pranzato e ci hanno fatto entrare in camera alle 15:30. Il check-in è alle 16:00. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di visitarlo due volte come famiglia. L'hotel è un vero gioiello: il personale è incredibile, cibo meraviglioso (sogno il cassetto dei formaggi) e fantastiche strutture termali. Sto cercando di prenotare il nostro prossimo viaggio (questa volta con i cani).
Un grande ringraziamento al meraviglioso hotel e al suo fantastico team! Ciò che ho amato di più sono state le incredibili escursioni che organizzano quotidianamente per gli ospiti: ti portano in posti meravigliosi e fanno effettivamente escursioni al tuo fianco, il tutto in modo completamente gratuito. L'hotel offre una bellissima vista da un lato, quindi vale la pena pagare un piccolo extra per una camera con quella vista, dato che le camere classic standard (piuttosto piccole) si affacciano sulla strada. Il centro benessere è incantevole e le torte fatte in casa e le zuppe per il pranzo gratuite nel pomeriggio sono un tocco delizioso. Novembre è piuttosto tranquillo poiché la maggior parte degli hotel di Gstaad sono chiusi, quindi visitare ad ottobre potrebbe darti un po' più da esplorare per qualche giorno.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The spa reception staff were unprofessional and unwelcoming, which completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing visit. The lobby restaurant was even worse — the service was careless and inattentive, and the food quality was far below the level expected from a hotel of this standard. Overall, the experience did not match the reputation or price of the hotel, and I would not recommend staying here unless serious improvements are made.
