Auf dem Gipfel eines mittelgroßen Berges, an den Eisenbahnen angeschlossen sind, von der einen Seite hinauf zur anderen. Von Goldau aus beginnt der eine, der andere bergab zum See und ein kurzer Spaziergang zur Fähre.
Ausgezeichneter Tagungs-/Seminarort mit fantastischer Aussicht. Sehr gut organisiertes 3-tägiges Treffen mit sehr guten Tagungsmöglichkeiten. Das Angebot an Speisen und Weinen war sehr gut und der Service war makellos und freundlich. Die Entfernung zum Flughafen Zürich ist sehr günstig und die einstündige Fahrt dorthin lohnt sich auf jeden Fall
Wir haben im Juli meinen Geburtstag im Hotel mit mehr als 50 Gästen gefeiert. Wir hatten einen unglaublich schönen Abend und Abend, ermöglicht durch Frau Käppeli und ihr Team. Fantastische Lage, tolles Essen und schöne Zimmer und ein Gastgeber, der wirklich versteht, was Sie suchen, und es dann möglich macht! Alle Gäste waren super zufrieden und haben tolle Erinnerungen mit nach Hause genommen. Hätte nicht mehr verlangen können. Großes Dankeschön!
We primarily went to visit and enjoy a meal experience. The restaurant had good choices and a price that is suited to the place. Beautiful building, a lot of history we were told. We enjoyed our time there and came back with great memories. Though there were a lot of guests, it was extremely well managed.
Great stay in a very well hosted and looked after Hotel. The rooms are romantic, old is combined with practical modern built in quality of today's demand of high standard comfort.|A very special stay of the night on top of a quite mountain …
The restaurant seems not to want guests that are not in the hotel. It's my second time here. They have a wonderful terrace with breathtaking views but both the service and the food are not inviting at all. Lot of space very few tables. All is self-service, fries too salty, WC for 1CHF, even being a customer of the restaurant. It is really a pity for such a nice location. It clearly have enough tourists and revenew but it fails the Swiss quality and principles.
