In cima a una montagna di medie dimensioni, servita dalla ferrovia, su un versante e sull'altro. Da Goldau si inizia e si scende dall'altro fino al lago e una breve passeggiata fino al traghetto.
Ottima posizione per riunioni/seminari con vista fantastica. Riunione di 3 giorni molto ben organizzata con ottime strutture per riunioni. L'offerta enogastronomica era molto buona e il servizio era impeccabile e cordiale. La distanza dall'aeroporto di Zurigo è molto comoda e vale la pena fare un viaggio di 1 ora per arrivare qui
Abbiamo festeggiato il mio compleanno in hotel a luglio con oltre 50 ospiti. Abbiamo trascorso una serata e una notte incredibilmente belle, il tutto reso possibile dalla signora Käppeli e dal suo team. Posizione fantastica, ottimo cibo, belle camere e un host che capisce davvero cosa stai cercando e poi lo rende possibile! Tutti gli invitati sono rimasti super contenti e hanno portato a casa bellissimi ricordi. Non avremmo potuto chiedere di più. Grazie mille!
We primarily went to visit and enjoy a meal experience. The restaurant had good choices and a price that is suited to the place. Beautiful building, a lot of history we were told. We enjoyed our time there and came back with great memories. Though there were a lot of guests, it was extremely well managed.

The restaurant seems not to want guests that are not in the hotel. It's my second time here. They have a wonderful terrace with breathtaking views but both the service and the food are not inviting at all. Lot of space very few tables. All is self-service, fries too salty, WC for 1CHF, even being a customer of the restaurant. It is really a pity for such a nice location. It clearly have enough tourists and revenew but it fails the Swiss quality and principles.
