Ich habe hier eine Nacht geschlafen, ich hatte überhaupt kein Internet. Uns wurde nicht mitgeteilt, dass es nicht funktioniert. Kleine Zimmer, aber schöne Aussicht. Der Ort ist schwer zu finden.

Sehr schöne Lage, optimal gelegen, um die Region zu erkunden. Sehr engagiertes Management, freundlicher Service, gutes Essen und sehr gute Preise.

Mein Partner und ich haben hier während einer Rundreise durch Europa übernachtet. Last-Minute-Buchung. Sehr sauberes Zimmer, einfacher Check-in, Parkplatz direkt gegenüber! Würde wieder hier übernachten!

Very disappointing: I booked a room through booking.com overnight because the Gotthard Tunnel was closed and I urgently needed somewhere to stay. I arrived at the hotel around 1 a.m., completely exhausted, and found the room already occupied. The phone number provided was practically useless: sometimes it rang without a connection, sometimes I received a message saying the person couldn't be reached. I would have expected at least an emergency number or a standby service from a reputable hotel. In the end, I had no choice but to spend the night in my car – in the freezing cold. I never received an apology or an official letter, just a refund issued without comment. Very unprofessional and absolutely disgraceful for Switzerland, where tourism is one of the most important sources of income. Not recommended.
