J'ai dormi ici une nuit, je n'avais pas Internet du tout. Nous n'avons pas été informés que cela ne fonctionnait pas. Chambres petites mais belle vue. L'endroit est difficile à trouver.
très bel emplacement idéalement placé pour parcourir la région. direction très engagée, service sympathique, bonne nourriture et prix très intéressant.
Mon partenaire et moi avons séjourné ici lors d'un voyage en voiture à travers l'Europe. Réservation de dernière minute. Chambre très propre, enregistrement facile, parking juste en face ! J'y retournerais volontiers !
Very disappointing: I booked a room through booking.com overnight because the Gotthard Tunnel was closed and I urgently needed somewhere to stay. I arrived at the hotel around 1 a.m., completely exhausted, and found the room already occupied. The phone number provided was practically useless: sometimes it rang without a connection, sometimes I received a message saying the person couldn't be reached. I would have expected at least an emergency number or a standby service from a reputable hotel. In the end, I had no choice but to spend the night in my car – in the freezing cold. I never received an apology or an official letter, just a refund issued without comment. Very unprofessional and absolutely disgraceful for Switzerland, where tourism is one of the most important sources of income. Not recommended.
Okay, clean, nice place to stay. TV didn't work, no internet connection, no internet for the laptop. Only worked with my phone.
My wife is disabled, and we were given a room where we had to climb a very steep wooden staircase. We looked for another hotel.
