I don't write reviews, but I must for Inkolor. I have never had better customer service from any company. The website to make orders is very user friendly. I received my order extremely fast and was able to install the toner cartridge easily. Unfortunately my printer would not accept the compatible toner cartridge. I reached out to the printer manufacture and never received a response. Desperate for a solution, I emailed Inkolor and within hours I had a response, with the email a PDF file was attached with specific steps for my printer model to resolve my issue. The instructions were excellent. My printer is now working perfectly. Inkolor is the only place I will go for my printer needs, they have another happy customer for life.

Broken Printer Due to Inkolor Cartridges After ordering compatible cartridges for our HP printer here, we suddenly had a "printer error." Original cartridges, resetting the printer, and contacting HP support were all useless, and now we have to buy a new printer. Thanks, Inkolor.
