I've never experienced anything like this before. I wanted to order a small print job, a few hundred euros. I walked into the empty store, and all the salespeople were standing at the till, doing some kind of team-building exercise. My friendly "Good morning, everyone" went unanswered. After what felt like 10 minutes, someone finally deigned to acknowledge me as a customer and informed me that prints were only possible via USB or PDF. I assured them that the file was in PDF format, but they ignored me. Now I'm going to Sempach; maybe they'll take me seriously there.
