Welcoming and attentive staff, with attentive service. The equipment offered is high quality and the prices are very reasonable. A place I highly recommend.
Unfortunately, I had a bad experience when I needed to have a book bound. I was told that this was possible with 40 pages. I then returned to the shop with those pages and was informed that it wasn't possible after all. That was very disappointing. On the positive side, they offered me a solution (at another shop), but it's still unclear whether I'll get my book in time.
